Stained Glass Window from FBC

Donated by Gary Taylor of Baton Rouge in memory of Travis & Agnes Taylor of Minden

32” x 28 ½” stained glass window in wood frame.  This is one of original windows from the third house of worship of the First Baptist Church Minden, 1925 until 1978.  The building was torn down when the new sanctuary was built. The windows were auctioned off to help pay for new building. My parents, Travis & Agnes Taylor, members of FBC for many years, bought four and gave one to each child. I recall many church services sitting on a pew as the sun shown through the many colors.     Gary Taylor
